The safety of the carrot cutting machine maintenance
1, Place the equipment in horizontal ground before operation, to ensure smooth and reliable machine placed; Determine equipment plug contact is good, no looseness, no water;
2, Check the rotating cylinder or conveyor belt whether there is foreign body, and foreign body must be cleaned up, lest cause damage of cutting tool;
3, Operation, adjustment according to the processing of vegetables select cutting mode, centrifugal slicing machine used for cutting the melon, potato and other hard food, vertical knife can cut some leafy soft vegetable or cut slices into different specifications of the shapes, such as block, cubes, diamond;
4, Install vertical knife, first turn the adjustable eccentric, makes the tool rest move to the bottom dead center, and then lift the tool rest up 1-2 mm, make the vertical knife contact with the conveyor belt, fastening nut to fasten vertical knife on the tool carrier. If the tool rest lift heightis too samll, may lead to vegetables stick knife, if the tool post lift height is too big, may cut bad conveyor belt.
