200kg/h French Fries Machine in Kenya

Date2025-08-20

With the rapid development of the global fast food industry, the french fries market has also seen new opportunities in African countries. We recently welcomed a customer from Kenya who was planning to start a french fries production business. Considering this was his first foray into food processing, he was particularly cautious in selecting equipment.

Customer Needs:

  1. New to the industry: The client had no prior experience in french fries processing and therefore required an easy-to-operate and stable production line.
  2. Small-Capacity Trial: To reduce initial investment risk, the client decided to select a small-capacity production line with a capacity of 200 kg/h, which would both meet market testing needs and facilitate future expansion.
  3. Limited Space: The client's factory was small, so a compact and rational equipment layout was required.
  4. Complete Solution: The client not only sought equipment procurement but also support with process flow, factory planning, and other aspects.

Our engineering team made comprehensive adjustments based on the customer's needs:

  • Equipment Configuration: We provided a standard 200kg/h french fries machine, including a washing and peeling machine, a slicer, a blanching machine, a fryer, a de-oiler, a cooling machine, a quick-freezer, and a packaging machine.
  • Optimized Layout: Taking into account the client's limited space, we redesigned the overall layout of the production line, creating a more compact footprint while ensuring ease of operation and production efficiency.
  • Customized Solution: Taking into account the specifics of the Kenya market, we provided the client with advice on frying temperature control, packaging specifications, and energy management.

This project not only helped the client successfully launch its french fries production business but also laid the foundation for future expansion. The client stated that through this collaboration, he gained a more intuitive understanding of the french fries processing industry and was full of confidence in the market prospects of his products.
